Columbia Shores is a neighborhood with three condo developments including two that feature waterfront locations. Prices run the full gamut from $250k to well over $1m. This area is a tidy little spot with popular waterfront restaurants, and easy access to SR-14 freeway and both I-5 and I-205. The Columbia Renaissance Trail runs through the area and connects to downtown which is less than a mile away. The trail will soon push through to the new waterfront project as well. There is a project under review at City Hall for the vacant junior acre lot SW of Northwynd. The developer is looking to put 15 townhouses on the lot and it is highly likely that project will proceed. Check the Northwynd page for more info.
