This condominium project is a bit more suburban as it is nestled in the hills immediately overlooking the Columbia River and mixed in with large single family homes. But it’s close proximity to both the River and Columbia Shores makes it more or less an ‘Urban Living’ experience. Units do not come available often in these projects. Most units were built in the 1980s.

There have been several different phases and at least two condominium developments in the “riverside” area. There are at least three distinct architectural designs in the subdivision that houses these units. Generally these units have a nice view of the water but are low on the hillside so there is not that up high panoramic found on the bluffs of the Heights.
