List of Urban Projects Underway in Vancouver

This list includes projects with buildings of five or more floors inside the Vancouver UGB. I am currently tracking more than 50 projects based on data from local developers, the City of Vancouver, Clark County, and other local business media outlets. Information reported is deemed to be reliable but is subject to change. Below are the projects that are furthest along in the process from proposal to completion and are near complete or likely to be completed in the near future. Completed (C) projects are either ready for occupancy or occupied. Topped out date (T) means the building is built to its highest height, (P) denotes proposal date. The construction symbol indicates actively under construction, crane symbol indicates tower crane in operation. Proposed projects may be early proposals, under local government review for land use and design (UR) or approved and awaiting final permits.(A).
